What’s your payment term?

Please pay 30% TT in advance as deposit , 70% balance before shipment, and finished photos will be sent to check.

How about the shipment & delivery date?

By air. TNT,FedFx,UPS,DHL,EMS are available. For stock goods, it can ship out within 7 days, and for making custom models it need 70 - 90 days.

What is the MOQ?

12pcs for the stock. 300pcs per model for customized, with 3 colors.

Can you customize our logo?

Yes, we can print or laser your own logo as you want.

How long is the samples leadtime?

We can send you samples at once if we have stock. For new design & new makeing samples it is normally 4 weeks after confirmed.

Do we need to pay the samples fee?

Yes, normally it need to pay $100 per model which can has 2 colors.

How about the quality? What certifications do you have ?

Our product have acquired the CE&FDA Certification.Meanwhile,100% QC in produce process and before the goods being packed up.

Do you design for customers ?

Of course, we have our design team and come out 30 models each month.
